About Our Foundation

The Ryan Briggs Memorial Foundation was created to honor the memory and celebrate the life of our son, Ryan Briggs. During Ryan’s life, although shortened by his sudden and tragic death just after his 20th birthday, he always showed a love and passion to help others, particularly young children and individuals with special needs. This passion inspired friends and family to create an organization to continue his legacy as well as help the community as a whole.

 The foundation provides financial support and other resources to various non-profit organizations, including but not limited to:

        •   Youth music, drama and arts programs

        •   Youth sports programs

        •   Mental health education, research and music therapy programs

        •   Mental health facilities

 Established as a donor advised fund of The Denver Foundation, we are very proud that 99% of all donated funds go directly to the organizations we support.   The Denver Foundation provides our organization with all accounting and non-profit compliance, as well as educational programs and other resources.  All donations to the Ryan Briggs Memorial Foundation are 100% tax deductible as charitable contributions.

The mission of The Ryan Briggs Memorial Foundation is to provide financial support, networking and other resources to non-profit organizations including, but not limited to, youth programs and mental health organizations.
